Data that may be processed
This website includes a guided brief that prepares your message in the browser. Personal data is received only when you choose to open and send the message by email, WhatsApp, telephone or another channel linked from the page.
- Your name, email address, telephone number or professional profile, if you provide them.
- Information about your project, business or enquiry.
- Basic technical data required for the security and operation of the website.
How the project brief works
Your brief answers are processed in your browser to prepare a structured message. The fields are not stored in localStorage, sessionStorage or cookies, or added to a javiernache.com URL.
When you choose WhatsApp or email, the website opens the selected channel directly with the prepared message. You review and send the content from WhatsApp or your email application; the website does not automatically send your name or project description.
Non-personal categories may be recorded to measure use, such as the project stage, type of need, investment band, timing, selected channel and source page. Your name and free-text description are never sent to analytics.
The brief does not use first-party cookies. When Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals are enabled, non-essential analytics events are omitted. Technical server logs required for operation, security and service diagnostics may still exist.
You can contact me directly by email, telephone or WhatsApp without completing the brief.
Purposes
Data is used to answer enquiries, assess projects, prepare proposals, maintain requested communications and improve the clarity of the website.
Personal data is not sold and this website does not create advertising profiles.
Legal basis
The legal basis may be your consent when you write voluntarily, steps taken before entering into a contract when you request information or a quotation, and the legitimate interest in maintaining website security and responding to received communications.
Retention
Data will be kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry or relationship you initiated. It may then remain restricted only for the periods required to address possible legal liabilities.
Recipients and external services
Data is not shared with third parties unless required by law or needed to provide standard technical services such as email, hosting or communication tools.
If you contact me through WhatsApp or another external platform, processing will also be subject to that platform's terms and policies.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability by writing to hola@javiernache.com.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency if you believe the processing does not comply with applicable law.
Children and changes
This website is not directed at children under 14. This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the website, contact channels or applicable legislation.
