Method, authorship and review

How I make decisions, publish and review a website.

I define the problem first, then the scope and finally the technology. Content is grounded in real work, public starting prices and visible case studies. When something changes, I review the explanation and its date, not just the label.

Short answer

A useful website connects a specific need, an understandable answer, visible evidence and a measurable next step. SEO, content for AI assistants and structured data organise that same reality. They do not replace it.

Scope matrix

The format follows the need, not an inflated package.

These are the same references published on the website. They provide context for an initial conversation. The final quotation depends on the content, functions, available material and starting point.

Primary need Typical response What is prioritised Public starting point
Present a specific offer Landing page Message, evidence and contact on one page From EUR 450
Give a small business an online presence Essential website with 3 to 5 pages Services, service area, trust and contact From EUR 700
Explain several services in depth Professional website Architecture, content, case studies and room to grow From EUR 1,100
Build a more complete brand presence Premium website Bespoke visual direction, content and experience From EUR 2,100
Manage users, data or a process Definition, prototype or SaaS MVP Rules, profiles, integrations, security and validation Phased quotation

Clear boundary: a website explains and supports a decision. SaaS also lets people sign in, work with data or carry out a process. If a simpler solution solves the problem, I propose that before adding functions.

Demonstrable experience

Which data is first-party and what I do not present as evidence.

Authority does not come from repeating definitions. It comes from identifying responsibility, showing the work and separating facts, guidance and limitations.

01

Visible case studies

Published projects show screens, structure, focus and deliverables. When there is no verifiable public metric, I do not replace it with an estimate.

02

Indicative prices

The figures are starting points, not universal prices. Scope is explained before quoting and reduced when a page or function does not add value.

Direct responsibility

Javier defines the structure, designs the interface and coordinates publication for the projects shown. Contact does not pass through a sales team.

SEO, GEO and AEO

A clear answer first. Markup afterwards.

I publish important content in visible HTML, with an easy-to-identify main idea, direct answers to questions and links to pages that expand each topic.

I then connect stable entities, authorship, services, images, breadcrumbs and dates through structured data. Schema must describe what a person can verify on the page. It does not guarantee a ranking or citation.

  • DiscoveryRobots, sitemap, internal links and responses accessible to authorised crawlers.
  • UnderstandingService, situation, sector, area, author and real case study each have a distinct role in the architecture.
  • CitationShort definitions, explicit limitations, first-party prices and identifiable experience make it easier to reuse information with context.
  • VisualReal or representative images, descriptive names, alternative text and responsive versions close to the relevant content.

How it is created and maintained

Human authorship, AI support and considered review.

AI can help research questions, structure material, explore alternatives and detect inconsistencies. Javier validates facts, decides the approach, writes or reviews the final content and takes responsibility for what is published.

Gather

Services, prices, business material, case studies, client questions and boundaries that need to be clear.

Verify

Verifiable facts are separated from guidance. Testimonials, results, credentials and case studies are never invented to fill a page.

Publish

Content, mobile layout, links, images, metadata, schema, speed and contact channels are reviewed.

Update

A review is triggered by a real change to the offer, price, process, case study, technology or search behaviour.

Content freshness policy: priority pages are reviewed at least once every quarter. The date changes only when content is reviewed or modified. Publishing more generic pages is no substitute for improving the pages that already help clients.

Useful measurement

From discovery to project, not just visits.

The goal is to understand which pages generate conversations and which conversations become proposals and accepted work.

01

Visibility

Queries, impressions, displayed pages, local coverage and presence in generative features when the tool reports it.

02

Interest

Visits to services, solutions, sectors, case studies and methodology. A useful visit is distinguished from an isolated impression.

03

Contact

Clicks to WhatsApp, email, telephone and the contact section, separated by source page.

04

Outcome

Proposals sent, projects accepted and value generated. This is checked against commercial follow-up, not vanity traffic.

Ready for measurement: this website emits internal events for all four contact types without sending data to third parties by itself. They can be connected to an analytics tool when configured with consent and an appropriate privacy policy.

Direct answers

What these decisions mean.

What do GEO and AEO mean?

GEO means Generative Engine Optimisation and AEO means Answer Engine Optimisation. On this website, both translate into well-executed SEO: original visible content, answered questions, clear entities, crawlability, images, links and measurement.

Does schema guarantee that an AI system will cite a page?

No. Structured data helps describe entities and content, but no markup guarantees indexing, ranking or citation. That is why schema is limited to facts that also appear on the page.

How often is content reviewed?

Priority pages are reviewed at least quarterly and whenever a service, price, case study, process or technical requirement changes. The date is not updated unless a real review takes place.

Which metric matters most?

The number and value of projects generated by a page. Impressions, rankings and visits help with diagnosis, but they do not replace qualified enquiries, proposals and accepted work.
